Installation of a new boiler, including relocating it to a new position within the house

The standard of the job was very high, with all the pipe work lined up perfectly, the joints very clean. The system worked perfectly after installation, and we have been very pleased. All options were discussed as part of the estimate, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were talking about.

New boiler and Mega Flow and complete bathroom refit ( 4 piece) including wall tiling

The complete project was carried out in 2 phases to help us to have the least disruption with the new boiler,Megaflo and shower all completed in 5 days at the end of October 2020 and the bath ,WC and basin unit, complete new wall tiling completed in 5 days on 15th January 2021. Gary Waite was both very professional and kept us informed on what was happening and has a friendly and trusting nature , which is reassuring when someone is in your home. We are very pleased with the finished project in all aspects.

Installed and serviced an unvented water cylinder to improve water flow in a top floor flat

Gary is an absolute dream to have working on your plumbing issues. He is prompt and very efficient in getting the job done. There was a problem with the flow of water in the top floor flat and from the initial contact with Gary, he suggested on the unvented water cylinder, and within a space of a week, this was installed. The water flow has improved dramatically. He has just completed the first year annual service, fitting this into his very busy schedule. What a professional, and someone I can confidently highly recommend.

Gary installed the boiler a few years ago and it has aways performed well and it made sense to ask Gary to carry out the full service. Gary was on time and talked me through what he would do and kept me informed of any issues. The job was completed in no time and I paid the price previously quoted.

Our gravity system was very dirty and approx 30 years old, Gary converted to a combination boiler which gives us more room in our cupboards and hopefully start saving money on our bill. Thanks Gary for being very efficient.

Gary looks after all my plumbing needs on a house I rent out, having put in a new central heating system and bathroom (including tiling). He is a highly skilled plumber, 100% reliable and with excellent communication skills. I know I am in very safe hands.

We have used Ardleigh Green Plumbing & Heating services for over 10 years - Gary is excellent and highly-skilled. We have used him to service our boiler and central heating system, install a shower, toilet and sink, fix plumbing leaks and tiling. He is a very good tiler - has tiled our kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet and most recently has installed two new radiators for us.
