My name is Gary Waite

I've worked within the plumbing industry for 30+ years. I started my career as a pipefitter, installing commercial heating and hot water systems in plant rooms, before moving into high-end residential work across London.

Working in exceptional properties taught me that the smallest details matter just as much as the bigger ones. I've always loved the pipework side of the trade, and learning to produce clean, straight pipe runs and take pride in the finish has stayed with me throughout my career. That attention to detail carries into everything I do today, whether it is pipework on show or the finished detail of a complete bathroom.

I also pass those standards on when training people who work alongside me. I want them to take pride in their work and understand that doing a job properly matters, even in places the customer may never see.

I run this business myself. When you call me, you speak to me directly. When I quote your job, I'm the one who turns up to do it. There are no sub-contractors and no strangers arriving unannounced. It's just me, bringing the same standard of care to every visit.

I take real pride in the quality of my work. Whether it's a bathroom that's going to be used every day for the next 20 years, or a boiler a family is depending on through winter, I'm not interested in rushing or cutting corners to save time. I'd rather spend a little longer getting it right.
