We install a wide range of high-end brands in bathroom spaces of all shapes and sizes. Whatever the complexity of your project, we can take your ideas and CAD drawing and build the bathroom you want.

The cost depends on the size and shape of the room, the design, and how much of the existing pipework needs to change. We will visit your property, review your CAD drawings and talk through the project before giving you a quote. Full bathroom installation starts from £6,000 + VAT, subject to survey and final specification.

Most bathroom installations take between 8 and 10 days. If we uncover an unexpected problem, we will let you know straight away, explain what it means for the work and agree a revised finish date with you.

Yes. We are boiler breakdown and plumbing specialists, and we can help track down the source of the problem. When boilers play up, common signs include making unusual noises and not heating up properly. Our Gas Safe engineers are based locally in Hornchurch, so we can respond quickly to your call.

The cost of a new boiler can vary, and some of the factors we take into account are:

• The size of the property. The larger the house, the higher the demand for heating and hot water.
• The location of the boiler. Depending on the space available, a new boiler can be wall hung or sit next to a separate tank that needs storage.
• Are you switching from one type of boiler to another? If so, it could mean making changes around your heating system.
• Water pressure. It's not uncommon for some boilers to struggle to produce enough pressure on their own. If the water pressure in your area is low, we'll take that into account.

Regular servicing and suitable system cleaning can help keep your boiler and central heating working efficiently. A powerflush circulates water through the system to remove sludge, rust and debris. We assess the condition of the system before recommending whether cleaning is appropriate.

No. We can install underfloor heating in other rooms as well as bathrooms, whether it is part of a larger renovation or a standalone heating project.
