All our work is covered by a full 12-month guarantee. This covers our own labour and craftsmanship, while all the products we supply and materials we use are covered by full manufacturers' warrantees. If you have a complaint with a manufacturer, or unresolved issues, we will help you to settle these wherever possible.
Customer satisfaction and goodwill is hugely important to us, and the majority of our work comes to us through recommendations. So we are committed to providing exceptional service and standards of workmanship.
In the extremely unlikely event that defects arise from faulty craftsmanship, installation or repair work, we will rectify these issues as a priority, and free-of-charge should they fall within the first 12 months. Even after this period, we would aim to rectify issues either free-of-charge or at a substantial discount.
